Account deletion
Delete your Puka account.
You can request account deletion here even if you have uninstalled Puka or cannot sign in.
Send a deletion request
Email Puka Support from the email address associated with your Puka account. Use the subject “Delete my Puka account” and include your Puka username if you know it. If you used Apple Hide My Email or cannot access that address, describe your sign-in method so support can help verify ownership.
Do not send your password, verification codes, identity documents, or private videos. Support will verify account ownership before permanently deleting data and will reply with the request status.
Request account deletionYou can also email river.heliu.prc@gmail.com directly.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your cloud account, profile, posts, comments, uploaded media, and associated personal cloud records from active systems. Non-identifying conversation or activity records involving other users may remain. Limited records or backups may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Cloud account deletion does not delete originals in your device photo library. Your own local Puka climbing log and video copies can remain on a device; remove those copies separately using Puka’s local-data controls or your device’s app-storage settings.
Delete from the app
If you can sign in, open Puka → Me → Settings → Account → Delete account and review the confirmation. This permanently deletes the cloud account; it cannot be undone.
